Produced from carefully selected Petit Verdot grapes hand picked produced by the vineyard located in the hill named as Pasolina, in a region where the soil and microclimate are particularly suited to the production of red wine.
This wine undergoes a traditional red wine-making process, is refined in stainless steel vats and in bottles without ageing in oak casks so as not to lose the primary flavours and its characteristic perfume.
Torre Pasolina displays all the virtues of youth: intense colour, vivid blackberry and black cherry fruit and a soft, juicy palate.
