A wine obtained by pure vinification of Malvasia del Lazio, that is harvested at the stage when mould is starting to form on the grapes. The vineyards are hand-cared for and the wine is kept on the yeast lees for a prolonged period. The result is a striking straw colour, floral aromas fused with elegant dried fruit nuances, and a vivacious warm full palate with great balance.

�La Giara� is made from grapes of Malvasia Puntinata in purity.
Distinguish by its strong personality that comes out in a wide and elegant, floral and fruity sensation. It has a straw yellow colour and a long lasting taste rich, warm, and fulfilling. It pairs perfectly with the typical roman cuisine.

volcanic hill south of Rome; medium soil mix, rich of stone.

: end of September and end of October for the grap
Tipo di raccolta:
by hand with selection of the best bunches of grapes.
Tecnica di produzione:
at 20�C with short maceration.
Affinamento:
�sur lie� for 4/5 months assisted by micro oxygenation.
Caratteristiche organolettiche:
yellow straw colour with reflection gold and green. Bouquet floral, with noble hint of dry fruits. Taste: balance, full-bodied and velvet.

Abbinamenti:
ap�ritif, vegetable soup, egg-based dishes and white meats.
Gradazione alcolica:
13% vol.
