This wine is obtained from carefully hand picked grapes from vineyards situated on the gentle hills South of Rome.
A serious Cabernet with the kind of complex structure, which, after a full regime of new oak maturation, can express both varietal characteristics and the 'terroir' of its specific birthplace.
Showing intense purity of fruit, combining red and black fruits, spice and mineral notes, Soleggio is a wine which will improve and evolve over many years. It is produced limited quantity each year.
