A tipical product of the Frascati hills produced from a subtle blend of Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia di Candia, Malvasia del Lazio grapes, embellished with a touch of Chardonnay, Grechetto and Bombino. Moderately dry wine with straw yellow color, to be served at 10/12 degrees. Alcohol 12% vol.
Alliance: appetizers, white meats, vegetables, eggs, seafood and fresh water fish.
Bottled in either the typical low Normandy bottle or the Bordeau bottle, in 0,375 and 0,750 lt. bottles. 0,750 lt. bottles come in boxes of 3,6 and 12, and 0,375 lt. bottles come in boxes of 24.
