A characteristic product of the hills around Frascati, obtained from a carefully balanced mixture of the Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasis di Candia and Malvasia del Lazio grape varieties, with measured additions of Chardonnay and other grapes typical of the zone (Grecchetto, Bombino).

� Colour: straw yellow

� Taste: dry with slightly bitter aftertaste

� Alcohol: 2% by volume

Goes best with: hors d'oeuvres, thin soups, white meat, eggs and fish. Serve at 10-12�C

Bottled in typical normanda (or on request bordolese) bottles in 0.375 and 0.75 litre sizes
