"PALLAVICINI
2000" has been released in honour of
the current millennium as it comes to a close.
For the occasion, we have bottled a very limited amount
of our finest red wine.
We have produced just 100-3 litre bottles of this exclusive
product with a 925 silver label and a distinguished box
made of cherry wood.
We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment. |

Characteristic wine of the Frascati DOC zone, obtained
by natural withering of grapes of the Trebbiano, Lazio
Malvasia and Grechetto varieties. |

Straw yellow
- Odour
harmonious, floral, fragrant, with marked notes of
wild flowers and acacia
- Taste
warm, soft, enveloping
Can
be considered an excellent wine for meditation or for
the end of a meal. Provides an excellent accompaniment
to the typical cakes and sweets of the Castelli Romani

14% by volume
- Residual
sugars: 40 g/l
