The Roman countryside has always been renowned for production of green olive oil. Every year, a limited quantity of excellent oil, obtained by pressing olives of the finest varieties, reaches various foreign countries from the estates of Prince Pallavicini.

The varieties are: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, Cassanese, Itrana, Pendolino and others.

The oil is packed in elegant boxes of 1 or 3 one litre bottles A half litre pack is also available.
