A traditional Lazio wine that Pallavicini proposes in a typical style. Grapes obtained from native Cesanese variety clones are vinified with great care. A ruby-red coloured wine is obtained with excellent intensity, violet reflections, whose aroma is pleasant and characterised by mature fruit nuances, warm flavours that are slightly sweet and persistent.
