Within the production of Pallavicini the Frascati �Ponticello� line stands out amongst the Principe Pallavicini wines. Produced from carefully selected Malvasia di Candia, Malvasia del Lazio, Grechetto e Chardonnay grapes all trained on extended wires During the ageing phase rest for a short period on fine lees. Wine of marked personality, with a crystal clear and straw yellow colour, with green-gold reflections. The aroma is fine yet persistent with notes of peaches and apples. Nicely balanced, full rich flavour with a long finish.
