   Amarasco
      Cesanese IGT Lazio

"Amarasco" is an innovative wine made by a regional grape variety, the "Cesanese" from southern Lazio. The secret of this wine is in a form of late harvest "Appassimento" (air drying) of the grapes outdoors, while still on on the vine. The resulting wine is new above all in its style and flavours, showing an intoxicating mixture of highly unusual and exotic aromas, such as: turkish delight, beeswax, cinnamon and exotic red fruits. Amarasco is elegant and alluring. It draws you back again and again because of its sheer distinctiveness and manages to maintain your attention through its sheer verve.
