With nearly 80 acres of vineyards in the rolling countryside of Frascati, the Pallavicini estate is based in the town of Colonna. Through advance arragement, groups can organize tours to watch the varlous stages of wine and oil making, as well as visit the extensive wine cellar, sample, and even purchase, locally made products. The highligh of most tours, however, is enjoyable meal at the estate restaurant, L'Antica Osteria della Colonna. Part of the historical estate and highlighting the Pallavicini wines and products, L'Antica Osteria della Colonna restaurant is open only by appointment for visitors of the estate (minimum 20 people).
