Introduction

Pallavicini�s historic vineyards and winery are open
to the public with guided tours that demonstrate
all of the production phases from the agricultural beginnings
to the production and maturation of the wines.

The company has specialised personnel that are dedicated
to tours and product tastings.
Three types of tours are available:

1. Tour of the winery and relative wine tastings.

2. Tour of the farm, wine tasting and possibility of brunch
   or an �al fresco� snack.

3. Tour of the winery and farm, wine tasting and lunch (by
   reservation only) for groups of 20-60 people at the Osteria
   della Colonna, located on company grounds.

The old Osteria della Colonna, was in ancient times
used for many festive occasions.
The building dates back to the 1500�s.
Gregorovius, in his �Passeggiate per l�Italia�, recommended all
those that passed that way to stop at the Osteria della Colonna
and tells of brigades that wondered in the area. It also seems
that Garibaldi slept there while he advanced on Rome.
