Principe Pallavicini�s production line today consists of a complete range of products. Many types and styles of red and white wines are available. The most famous red wine
is Pallavicini�s �Soleggio�, which is oaked for one
year and then matured in bottles in a recently restored ancient grotto. Other equally famous ancient red wines
are Cesanese and Sangiovese.
The most well known white wine is obviously �Frascati�,
it is surely the most famous in the Lazio area. Pallavicini produces many types, among which Frascati Superiore "Selezione Verde� is the best.
There are also many IGT white wines and even table wines, one of the most aromatic ones is the IGT Lazio �Pagello�.
