La Giara Malvasia Puntinata

This wine is obtained by pure vinification of this noble grape variety - which has such a wonderful personality.
The Malvasia del Lazio is harvested at the stage when mould is starting to form on the grapes.
The vineyards are hand-cared for and the wine is kept
on the yeast lees for a prolonged period.
The result is a striking straw colour, floral aromas fused
with elegant dried fruit nuances, and a vivacious warm full palate with great balance.

Food pairing: pasta dishes, roasts, mature cheeses.
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
