A white wine characterised by a strong aroma it also envelopes a harmony of tastes. Spur-trained Malvasia
del Lazio and Chardonnay Musgn� vineyards contribute
to the birth of this wine, that thanks to a soft pressing
and an adequate ageing process, reveals a considerable
finesse and fragrance.
The �Casa Romana� sets it self apart by its straw-colour
with golden reflections, the intense aroma with exotic fruits, the full pleasing taste, and slightly bitter aftertaste.

Food pairing: pasta dishes, fish, white meats, excellent ap�ritif.
