A wine of noble traditions which has been brought
up to date by Pallavicini. Classic Frascati DOC grapes
make this wine, which is enriched by ancient varieties: Greco, Grechetto, Bombino, and Trebbiano Giallo.
They come from high-density vineyards, which produce low yields and high quality. Aroma: broad, complex and floral. Taste: dry, elegantly soft with a long finish.
Produced from grapes harvested by hand at the end
of September, and vinified with skin contact, and 4 month�s lees contact, this innovative Frascati is the peak
of Pallavicini�s production.

Food pairing: pasta dishes, white meats, fish and cheeses.
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
