The Pallavicini holdings are present in the most important
wine growing areas of Lazio: from the historic Colonna Farm/Winery, where the winery and the oil presses
are located, to the Cerveteri Farm where the most important vineyards are located that will produce the most prestigious
red wines.

The terroir, with the ideal climatic conditions, along with careful viticultural techniques that respect the vines, is matched by the passion with which the people involved dedicate to this activity. All of this combined together has made Principe Pallavicini wines at the forefront in the region for winemaking. Their continuous efforts to salvage and to preserve indigenous grape varieties and to introduce new varietals which are suitable for high quality production,
plus an extremely careful attention to vinifying process
is what characterises the Pallavicini philosophy.
