A short history of the Colonna Winery

The Pallavicini Princes have been cultivating the land which surrounds Colonna to Frascati since 1670. The actual land cultivated today is approximately 88 hectares, where vines
and olive trees are the most important items grown.
Frascati DOC is the most widely grown wine, but high quality reds are also produced. The approach for both is a mixture
of innovation and respect for and rediscovery of the best local traditions.
