Company Profile

The Pallavicini Family, which has been around since the second half of the 1600s,
has its own history intertwined with that of the Lazio region in many aspects.

In the agricultural sector, after many centuries of traditional cultivation, they have set
themselves apart for the extreme care with which they direct the company and its products
to obtain products with a low environmental impact. Approximately 78 ha of vineyards
are cultivated among the various wineries in the Castelli Romani area and the lower
Maremma area, although due to a high demand from importers, the cultivation is in expansion.

In the various wineries, there are many traditional varietals that are cultivated along with
innovative clones. The most important among these are: Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia
del Lazio, Malvasia di Candia, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Greco, Grechetto, Bonvino,
Falanghina, etc. for white wines. Sangiovese, Cesanese, Merlot, Cabernet - Sauvignon,
Montepulciano, Ciliegiolo,Petit Verdot etc. for red wines.

In 1939, these old family traditions were brought together in the S.A.I.T.A. S.p.A holding
company, that since then, with continuous innovations, has modernised production standards.
A large portion of the estate land has also been reclaimed and improved over the years.
